Kindly note that submission for space rental request does not guarantee confirmation of the request. All requests are reviewed by the Operations Department and will be responded to within 48 business hours requesting any future details and clarification. CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals has the right to approve or deny any space rental requests. 

Please not that bookings are only accepted from 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday. 

1.) Event Requests must be made at least 5 – 8 weeks prior to the intended event date. Please note that a space walk through must be done a minimum of 2 week prior to the event. 

2.) Events must be completed, including set-up and break-down, within the selected time period. Any and all events including teardown must be concluded by 12midnight. No exceptions.  

3.) The maximum number of guests in CEE are 100-120 persons (use of entire space). 

4.) Each booking is subject to a $150 compulsory cleaning fee. The Kitchen area and private offices are not included in the rental. Organizations are bound by the space/s leased and the bathrooms. 

5.) Rentals of the CEE Centre for Young Black Professional’s includes the space itself as well as limited use of the CEE furniture, as outlined in Section 4: Furniture. CEE does not lease audio and visual equipment/aids. Renters are responsible for accommodating these needs while at the space. 

6.) Regarding catering and outside foods, CEE is a nut free space, and any nut/ nut by-products are prohibited from entering the space. Outside caterers do not have access to kitchen facilities.
