The CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals Styling Program Ashoke is a 14-week incubator program for Black fashion entrepreneurs and enthusiasts. This program will focus on training Black youth, ages 18-30 on the different components of costuming and wardrobe styling for the Film, Television & Commercial industry.

E-Trades is a career training and development program that supports youth with experience and a desire in the trades to build a career behind the scenes in the entertainment industry.

The CEE-TECH 2.0 Program will be an Integration of certification and other training opportunities to equip participants with both technical expertise and essential skills for success in the tech industry. Implementing culturally responsive practices to create environments where all learners and workers can flourish, feel seen, and are respected in their entirety. The program will run for 24 weeks, followed by Employment Opportunities.

Career training and development opportunities are opening up for Black youth facing barriers to employment. Through an initiative created by RFA Collaborative, a Canadian-owned mortgage finance company, Black youth will have the chance to enter the finance industry.

The WRAP program is designed to support current recipients of Ontario Works in their journey towards self-sufficiency. It offers personalized guidance, resources, and workshops to empower individuals to achieve their goals. This 12-week program specifically targets racialized youth. The Social Supports for Black Youth program will focus on assessing and addressing the immediate needs of youth, such as physical and mental health support and assistance with system navigation, while also addressing long-term career goals.
